HonestReviewHQ was built on a simple premise: before you spend your money on a supplement, someone should check what the label actually says against what the marketing claims. We're the skeptical voice in a category full of enthusiastic sales copy — not because we think every product is a scam, but because "scam" and "legitimate but overhyped" require the same due diligence to tell apart.
We don't accept manufacturer claims at face value. Every review starts with the Supplement Facts panel, compares disclosed doses against published research, and flags gaps between what's promised and what's proven — before we ever get to a verdict.
