Our Methodology
Step 1 — Label vs. Marketing
We start by pulling the actual Supplement Facts panel from the official sales page or product packaging, and compare it line by line against the marketing claims made on the same page. Where the two diverge, we say so explicitly.
Step 2 — Published Research Context
For every disclosed ingredient and dose, we check it against the dose ranges used in published clinical research for that ingredient category. This doesn't mean a lower dose is automatically disqualifying — it means readers get the context to judge for themselves.
Step 3 — Verified Operator Details
We confirm the seller's published contact information, return address, and guarantee terms before publishing. If a guarantee is vague or unenforceable in practice, we flag that clearly rather than repeating the marketing language uncritically.
What We Don't Do
- We don't accept payment from manufacturers to influence a review's conclusions.
- We don't publish reviews for products we haven't actually researched against their own label.
- We don't reproduce medical claims the manufacturer's own label doesn't support.
